We aim to describe every product accurately, but colours, finishes, packaging, and availability may vary. We may limit quantities, correct errors, or discontinue products without notice. An order is accepted only when we confirm it and receive payment.

Prices and available currencies are displayed at checkout. Prices may exclude destination-country duties, taxes, customs fees, or carrier charges unless expressly stated. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and billing information and for any charges required to import your order.

Payment must be authorised before an order is dispatched. We may cancel or refuse an order where payment fails, an item is unavailable, an address cannot be verified, or a pricing or listing error is discovered. If we cancel, we will refund amounts paid for the cancelled order.

All site content, including names, images, designs, text, graphics, and logos, belongs to Frantic Supplies or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use it without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frantic Supplies is not responsible for indirect loss, delays outside our reasonable control, or misuse of a product. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers in their home jurisdiction.
