Shipping & Returns

Orders are dispatched from Hong Kong. Available delivery methods, estimated transit times, and shipping charges are shown at checkout and may vary by destination, parcel size, and service availability.

We ship internationally where our carriers can accept the destination. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs clearance, local holidays, weather, carrier delays, and address issues may affect arrival times.

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, GST, sales tax, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority. Please check your local rules before ordering.

Contact us at info@frantic.supplies as soon as possible if your address is incorrect, your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows a delivery problem. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfilment.

Unused, undamaged items may be requested for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is normally the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. Contact us before sending anything back; unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding non-refundable shipping or import charges where applicable. Personalised, opened, used, final-sale, or damaged items may be excluded from return. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your place of residence.
